Return / Exchange Policy

Our goal is that you are 100% happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within (14) days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at magicalmindmelts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When can I expect my refund/exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Package?

Ouchy! We do our best to ensure our items are well packaged. Unfortunately, things happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately and send images of the damaged item to: magicalmindmelts@gmail.com
