How long will it take?
Our processing time is between 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.
During Summer or hot months, we ship only Monday-Wednesday. Hot days can cause your product to melt while in transit. We do take precaution by packaging your items with thermo insulated bubble wrap to prevent melting; however, to minimize the risk of your product sitting at a shipping warehouse over the weekend, orders during this time are shipped Monday-Wednesday only.
We use a variety of shipping services and delivery times vary between 2-5 days on average. This is an estimate and not a guarantee as shipping time will depend on the postal service and we have no control of how long a package will take to arrive. Tracking will be sent to you via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or lost or stolen package.
How much is shipping?
We will generally use USPS or UPS for order shipping. We currently offer Flat-Rate Shipping. Magical Mind Melts does consider ship times during the hot summer months as you run the risk of your order arriving melted, so we will use the quickest delivery option.
Do you ship internationally?
No, We are only accepting orders within the continental US and are currently not offering international shipping.
